If I was in charge…

I was invited to write a piece for Social Work News. In this piece I explored what changes I would make if I was in charge. Because I lack imagination and creativity, I think the ideas I put forward are easily achievable and already have a good evidence base supporting them. In fact, many of the ideas detailed below are being implemented in BANES.
